[Remote] Director, reputed company Affairs

The Director, reputed company Affairs will support its reputed company business by handling reputed company reputed company, data reputed company, AI governance, corporate governance, and compliance reputed company while building practical reputed company processes and advising cross-functional teams on reputed company risk.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company, software license, data processing, reputed company of concept, non-disclosure, and other agreements with customers, vendors and partners
- reputed company reputed company playbooks and templates to support sales and the procurement process
- Advise on data reputed company reputed company including compliance with CCPA/CPRA, GDPR and other applicable US and international reputed company laws
- Work with the other members of the reputed company team including the Head of reputed company, EMEA & reputed company, to build and maintain reputed company’s data reputed company and AI governance frameworks
- Advise cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, reputed company, Marketing, Finance, HR) on reputed company risks
- Support the SVP, General Counsel on corporate governance reputed company, including reputed company materials and entity management
- Monitor reputed company developments regarding data reputed company, AI and other regulatory reputed company, and draft practical policies as needed
- Contribute to compliance initiatives (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.)
Skills
- • 7+ years of relevant reputed company experience, including in-house experience at a technology or reputed company company
- • J.D. and reputed company bar membership in at least one US state
- • Demonstrated experience as a reputed company generalist including advising on data reputed company law and AI governance
- • Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, with the judgment to balance reputed company risk against business reputed company
- • Ability to explain reputed company reputed company concepts reputed company to non-reputed company stakeholders
- • A pragmatic, business-minded approach
- • CIPP/US or CIPP/E certification
- • Experience with reputed company compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
- • Prior experience building reputed company processes
- • Familiarity with corporate governance for reputed company-backed companies
- Atlanta, GA (hybrid) strongly preferred but will consider remote candidates based in the US
