[Remote] Operations Support Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Operations Support Manager to reputed company fleet support for its global thermal and renewable power reputed company portfolio. The role supports facility operations, project mobilizations and transitions, O&M standards and programs, reputed company and reliability initiatives, data analysis, consultancy reputed company, and relationships with facility and reputed company representatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the VP of Operations, Operations Directors and Facility Managers to ensure that reputed company EEOM Facility, covered by an O&M Agreement (OMA), is operated and maintained in reputed company and environmentally responsible manner
• As Project Manager, execute greenfield mobilizations and brownfield transitions to EEOM Care, Custody & Control per EEOM mobilization/transition process and procedure, with emphasis on utilizing lessons learned and reputed company improvement
• Assist in the development and implementation of O&M standards, employee training & qualification program, performance monitoring tools, and plant CMMS systems
• Support EEOM policy and program development and ensure compliance with reputed company company policies, procedures, and reputed company commitments
• Establish and maintain relationships with reputed company’s representatives for reputed company assigned
• Assist with data tracking and analysis to reputed company trends contributing to proactive actions to ensure reputed company improvement throughout EEOM

• Be a reputed company Program reputed company to reputed company and facilitate Non-Conformance Reporting (reputed company), reputed company reputed company Cause Analysis (RCA) and Management of Change (MoC) processes, and support reputed company application implementations
• Participate in Reliability Program development and execution

• Establish regular communications with Facility Managers and operations teams as assigned to discuss plant performance and problem reputed company. Schedule periodic meetings with Operations Directors and Facility teams to build relationships and encourage communication
• Collect and analyze fleet data to reputed company fleet trends that can reputed company to proactive actions to ensure reputed company improvement throughout the region

Skills

• • Thorough demonstrated understanding of power plant operations, including a working knowledge of O&M processes
• • Strong reputed company understanding of HS&S programs
• • Strong expertise in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• • Understanding of essential environmental concerns and permits as it relates to plant operations
• • Working knowledge of reputed company Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), and Data Acquisition and Storage systems (e.g. OSIsoft Pi, GE Proficy, GP EP reputed company, CEMS “DAHS” etc)
• • Working knowledge of water treatment programs and statutory regulations
• • Analyze and interpret data to reputed company reputed company reputed company judgments and recommendations
• • Advanced competency in MS Office applications, to include MS Project, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI
• • Working knowledge of budgets, bid proposals, contract evaluation and basic reputed company principles, plant economics and power pool operations

• • Project Management/Control experience
• • A pertinent four-year degree or commensurate experience is required with a demonstrated reputed company record of successful goal achievement

• • Travel is required, mainly domestic US with occasional international travel possible
• • Minimum of five years relevant experience in power plant operations and maintenance, with a minimum of three years in a plant management team role with fleet, regional or portfolio corporate responsibility preferred
• • Combined Cycle start-up, commissioning and major maintenance experience preferred
