[Remote] Vendor Account Manager (reputed company Service)

The role owns the vendor lifecycle, including contract execution, reputed company negotiation, billing accuracy, safety qualification, performance accountability, and cross-functional coordination with reputed company and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor agreements from execution through renewal for both new and existing vendors in your region, ensuring terms are reputed company, consistent, and enforceable. Ensure every vendor performing work for Amerit is on a contract (Interim or reputed company)
• Negotiate standardized labor rates using historical billing and invoice data, analyze invoice detail to confirm vendors reputed company at the correct agreed-upon reputed company, and identify and reputed company billing discrepancies directly with vendors
• Administer the vendor safety prequalification process for your region, review safety documentation, reputed company non-responsiveness or incomplete qualification, and flag outliers for escalation

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, contract negotiation, or fleet operations
