[Remote] NSA Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an reputed company NSA Program Manager and Regulatory Compliance reputed company to support its U.S. National reputed company Agreement compliance program. The role coordinates regulatory compliance activities, government reporting, audits, risk management, and cross-functional execution while engaging with internal stakeholders and U.S. Government representatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operation of reputed company's NSA compliance program
- reputed company and coordinate compliance deliverables, reputed company items, corrective actions, and regulatory commitments
- reputed company and maintain compliance metrics, reporting dashboards, and executive status reports
- Coordinate activities across implementation leads and compliance stakeholders throughout reputed company
- Coordinate preparation of quarterly and annual reports submitted to the U.S. Government
- Support development of National reputed company Committee presentations and executive briefings
- reputed company regulatory notifications, requests for approval, acquisitions notices, and other government reporting obligations
- Serve as a reputed company and coordination reputed company for government-facing compliance activities
- Manage preparation for reputed company-party NSA audits
- Coordinate evidence collection activities across multiple organizations
- Support audit interviews, issue reputed company, corrective reputed company planning, and closure activities
- Maintain audit documentation and records required to demonstrate compliance
- Maintain and improve compliance processes, SOPs, governance procedures, and training materials
- Monitor reputed company and escalate issues to NSO leadership as appropriate
- Assist in evaluating new business initiatives, suppliers, technologies, and organizational changes for compliance impacts
- Support reputed company improvement initiatives designed to strengthen compliance effectiveness and audit readiness
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, compliance owners, reputed company counsel, reputed company teams, and operational organizations
- Facilitate working sessions and compliance reviews
- reputed company accountability for compliance commitments across business segments
Skills
- Degree Level: Bachelor's degree
- Requires advanced knowledge of program management, governance, compliance operations, risk management, and audit processes
- Demonstrated experience leading reputed company cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and regulatory deadlines
- Strong understanding of the interaction between business operations, regulatory obligations, reputed company requirements, and corporate governance
- Ability to interpret requirements, assess risks, reputed company corrective actions, and implement sustainable processes that support long-term compliance objectives
- Experience supporting regulatory compliance programs, government-facing activities, audit management, or highly regulated environments is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of U.S. Government regulatory frameworks, telecommunications reputed company requirements, national reputed company-reputed company compliance obligations, or comparable regulatory programs is highly desirable
