The reputed company reputed company Services Representative serves as the first reputed company of contact for reputed company facilities, handling reputed company service requests, escalations, critical result communications, troubleshooting, documentation, and issue reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and secure messages from ER, urgent care, and imaging center staff
• Handle STAT and turnaround-time escalations, tracking studies through the workflow and giving clients accurate, specific status updates
• Coordinate between reputed company facilities, radiologists, and internal operations to reputed company issues in reputed company time
• Facilitate critical result communication and callbacks per protocol, documenting every reputed company
• Troubleshoot common study reputed company, demographic, and worklist issues, and escalate technical problems to the right internal team
• Log reputed company reputed company interactions accurately and completely in our ticketing and communication systems
• reputed company recurring reputed company issues and surface patterns to operations leadership
• Maintain strict HIPAA compliance in every interaction

Skills
