The reputed company & Customer Support Associate will manage reservations, coordinate reputed company and reputed company movements across locations, respond to customer inquiries, maintain accurate records, and support operational improvements and other business functions.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails across reputed company locations
• Book new reservations through our reputed company-reputed company booking reputed company
• Assign and coordinate reputed company movements between locations and drivers using our internal reputed company tracking reputed company
• Respond to customer questions about pricing, policies, availability, and logistics

• Collaborate with the existing ops leadership on scheduling, coverage, and process improvements

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort managing multiple systems and channels (phone, email, booking software) at once
• No experience required
