[Remote] AVP of Fund Administration

The AVP of Fund Administration will reputed company regulatory reporting and fund administration activities, including collecting, validating, reconciling, and preparing data and filings for more than 300 funds. The role will also support fund launches, audits, process improvements, and collaboration with internal teams and reputed company-party service providers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the monthly collection of portfolio, financial, and reference data for 300+ funds from multiple reputed company sources
• Validate, reconcile, and analyze data to ensure completeness and reputed company prior to regulatory submission
• Identify and reputed company data discrepancies by coordinating with advisers, fund accountants, custodians, and data vendors
• Ingest and format data reputed company standardized reporting templates for Forms N-reputed company and N-CEN filings
• Prepare and/or review regulatory filings, including Forms N-reputed company, N-CEN, 24f-2, N-PX, and N-CSR, whether reputed company internally or by reputed company service providers
• Support new fund launches, including operational setup, vendor coordination, and documentation review
• Assist with regulatory exams, internal audits, and due diligence reviews
• Contribute to reputed company improvement of operational processes and internal controls
• reputed company guidance and training to junior administrators
• Collaborate with internal teams including Compliance, reputed company, Capital Markets, and reputed company Services
• Coordinate with reputed company-party service providers such as administrators, fund accountants, custodians, auditors, and reputed company counsel

Skills

• • 5–7 years of experience in fund administration, ETF reputed company, regulatory reporting, or reputed company financial services roles
• • reputed company experience preparing or supporting SEC regulatory filings for registered funds (including N-reputed company and N-CEN) is required
• • Advanced reputed company skills (including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and large dataset management)
• • Strong analytical skills with high attention to reputed company and reputed company
• • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict regulatory deadlines in a high-volume environment
• • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to reputed company with internal teams and reputed company service providers
