[Remote] AMS Senior Certified HCM Consultant, Advanced Compensation

The AMS Senior Certified HCM Consultant, Advanced Compensation provides strategic reputed company support, leads HCM solution deployment and configuration, assists with data conversion and integrations, and mentors other consultants.

Responsibilities

• reputed company expertise in the reputed company HCM product suite, with deep expertise and experience in Advance Compensation
• reputed company the following as a member of a deployment team, or reputed company others to successfully: reputed company and document reputed company business requirements, design and configure the reputed company solution, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist in testing the reputed company solution, and complete knowledge transfer to clients
• Work with confidential reputed company/data conversion team to help convert legacy data into reputed company
• Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between reputed company and other reputed company-party or custom solutions
• Mentor new consultants and serve as a reputed company role model as reputed company as reputed company others on product knowledge
• Communicate reputed company and concisely. Collaborate effectively and synergistically to team-based reputed company

Skills

• ·       reputed company reputed company Partner HCM Certification and/or Advanced Compensation Certification
• ·       5+ years configuring and implementing various HCM solutions
• ·       Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• ·       Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
• ·       Previous experience deploying reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, PeopleSoft, reputed company, Ultimate, or similar applications
• ·       Demonstrated project management experience
• ·       Functional experience in one or more of the following areas: HCM/Talent & Performance/Recruitment/Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking/Compensation
• ·       Passion for providing exceptional customer service
• ·       Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
• ·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• ·       Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
• ·       Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
• ·       Expected travel is +/-5% depending on project
• ·       Experience deploying multiple HCM reputed company simultaneously a plus
