[Remote] Email Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build, QA, reputed company, schedule, and reputed company email and SMS campaigns in reputed company and reputed company
• Execute a promotional email calendar that strategically aligns CafePress products with offers, seasonality, and audience segments
• Build promotional offers and promo codes, ensuring correct setup and reputed company customer redemption UX
• Build and maintain audience segments and suppression lists for targeted messaging
• Run A/B tests to inform reputed company campaign reputed company
• Manage email proofing, QA, reputed company checks, scheduling, and final send parameters
• Coordinate with design and merchandising teams to help ensure campaign creatives reputed company with available product inventory and marketing goals

Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on email and SMS marketing experience, including campaign execution reputed company an ESP (reputed company experience a plus)
• Familiarity with SMS marketing
• Working knowledge of email KPIs (reputed company reputed company, CTR, CTOR, reputed company reputed company, unsubscribe reputed company) and e-reputed company metrics (reputed company, AOV, conversion reputed company, etc) and what stories they tell to inform campaign optimization
• Ability to execute a promotional calendar reputed company with seasonal trends, product priorities, and business goals
• Familiarity with ESPs (reputed company preferred) and SMS platforms (reputed company preferred) for campaign management, automation, and analytics
• Experience with segmentation and suppression logic reputed company an ESP to execute campaign targeting based on the customer lifecycle
• Strong written and verbal skills
