The role handles inbound and outbound calls, resolves reputed company and billing questions, processes payments, and manages payment arrangements while following reputed company protocols and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Makes and answers calls in the reputed company of the reputed company to reputed company billing and payment issues utilizing establish work queues and reputed company pools as necessary
