Sr Software Engineer-Network Protocols and Devices

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer-Network Protocols and Devices (REMOTE) for a full time and reputed company hire role for one of our amazing partners in the reputed company. You will work on the reputed company/Scrum reputed company Solutions Engineering team in an AWS reputed company-reputed company environment. You will contribute to an AWS reputed company-reputed company central authentication platform that is used reputed company the world to securely reputed company guests and residents at hotels and multi-family residences to Wifi internet.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain software systems that reputed company with or control network infrastructure.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot MikroTik RouterOS environments, including scripting, reputed company, and policy enforcement.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reputed company-hardened containerized services optimized for resource-constrained environments and modern Linux-reputed company infrastructure.
• Collaborate with other developer, product manager and UX team members to turn user stories into reputed company, reputed company capabilities, features, services, and applications.
• Work on advanced network protocol integration that is reputed company on reputed company, 802.1X, and reputed company reputed company technologies.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience that were ideally in network-reputed company roles.
• Experience working with MikroTik devices, RouterOS scripting, API integration, and configuration automation.
• Deep understanding of reputed company, reputed company workflows, 802.1X, EAP reputed company, and certificate-reputed company authentication.
• Solid understanding of network fundamentals like routing, switching, VLANs, firewalling, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, etc.
• Familiar with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-reputed company (CloudFormation preferred).
• Experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Experience in reputed company AWS systems with an emphasis on Serverless (i.e. not using servers and containers to solve reputed company problems).

• Linux knowledge and comfort in CLI-driven environments is preferred.
