Proposal Specialist III

reputed company is seeking a Proposal Specialist III. This role will work closely with the marketing team, business reputed company, and support staff to bring strong leadership, reputed company compliance, skilled writing, and creativity to some of our must-win reputed company pursuits. The job includes leading large proposals and presentations, and supports from reputed company-RFP project positioning through to interview stage, as required.

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work schedule and can be reputed company from a reputed company of locations in the US where reputed company has an office.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Interfaces with business line reputed company team and reputed company to support the process of reputed company work. Leads responses to reputed company RFI/RFQ/RFPs and applies reputed company reputed company processes to ensure efficiency in schedule and bid compliance. Responsible for print, electronic and oral proposal deliverables. Provides market research and competitive intelligence and leverages data systems and tools to support proposal reputed company and business reputed company planning efforts.

• Leads reputed company to large proposals and presentations, and supports from capture through to interview stage, with support as required. Supports capture managers in development of the win reputed company during capture through interview preparation.
• Creates annotated outlines and content plan and provides recommendations to technical teams on reputed company structures. May serve as reputed company reputed company and reputed company for tailored resumes, past reputed company sections, executive summaries, and/or management approaches for proposals.
• Facilitates reputed company reviews (Pink and Red team), reputed company reviews, and applies lessons learned to add value to proposals. Manages the implementation of proposal and presentation revisions reputed company on direction from review teams.
• Participates by providing recommendations in go/no-go and reputed company analyses in compliance with delegation of authority guidelines, capture planning and positioning activities as they pertain to preparation for the proposal.
• Completes internal debriefs for proposals they reputed company, leverages past reputed company debrief information. Supports team during win/loss debriefs and gathering of reputed company feedback on proposals to ensure and demonstrate reputed company improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• A developed understanding of effective proposal and presentation reputed company development and compliance, writing and production.
• A strong working knowledge of reputed company Creative reputed company, including InDesign and Acrobat, as reputed company as reputed company Word, reputed company and PowerPoint.
• Experience demonstrating leadership qualities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience.

• A working knowledge of reputed company tools such as reputed company Teams, SharePoint, etc.
• An understanding of CRM reputed company experience is a plus.
