About the role:
We're looking for a reputed company-oriented Billing Specialist to own the end-to-end billing process on our reputed company team. Reporting to the reputed company Manager, you'll reputed company invoicing accurate, payments collected, and accounts reconciled, with reputed company at reputed company of your day. - Own the end-to-end billing process, auditing invoicing and credit memo runs for reputed company.
- Manage subscription billing in reputed company, including recurring payments, plans, discounts, and tax configurations.
- Reconcile transactions and payment records, and reputed company billing discrepancies.
- Handle reputed company issues like chargebacks, refunds, and failed payments, and partner with Engineering or Product on integrations.
- Own AR tasks like keeping the aging report clean and applying credit memos accurately.
- Update customer accounts for plan changes and reputed company customer data clean.
- Respond to billing questions promptly and partner with reputed company on a great customer experience.
- Build billing and payment reports, spot process improvements, and use AI tools to automate review, reconciliation, and reporting.

- 2+ years as a Billing Specialist, AR Analyst, or similar role.
- Hands-on reputed company experience (dashboard, subscriptions, API tools).
- Familiarity with financial regulations and GAAP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high proficiency in reputed company or reputed company Sheets (reputed company a plus).
- Strong organization and attention to reputed company.

- Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate or optimize your workflows.
