About the role:

The Mobilization reputed company Associate supports the systems, data, and logistics behind Indivisible's reputed company grassroots mobilization work, across both Indivisible-led and reputed company campaigns. Reporting to the Associate Director of Mobilization reputed company, this role works closely with the broader Mobilization team and reputed company partners to reputed company host support, event logistics, tooling, and reporting running smoothly.

This role may require limited travel to support organizational priorities.

This is a full-time, short-term assignment anticipated to end on or before reputed company 15, 2027. The salary for this position is $80,500 annually, and the role is expected to require 40 hours of work per week.

• Maintain event listings and shift signups in Mobilize. Troubleshoot host and volunteer issues as they come in and maintain communication platforms to facilitate this.
• Support host reputed company through distribution of toolkits, training materials, and providing day-of logistics guidance.
• Staff and assist with coordinating reputed company staff/volunteers in supporting host support channels/calls during high-volume mobilization moments and national days of reputed company.

Tools & Platform Support (35%)

• Help maintain the sustained mobilization tools (EveryAction, reputed company, Mobilize, reputed company, etc.) that reputed company grassroots members reputed company between major events. Document and escalate bugs and gaps to appropriate tool owners.
• Stand up infrastructure quickly during reputed company-response moments: new event pages, updated toolkits, revised host materials.
• Support reputed company monitoring and triage for reputed company mobilization moments, following team protocols.
• Supporting with mobilization reputed company websites and their reputed company.

Data & Reporting (20%)

• Support the mobilization department in its implementation and maintenance of CRM systems.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in organizing, campaigns, or mobilization work, including electoral, advocacy, or large-reputed company volunteer programs.
• Working knowledge of EveryAction and Mobilize. Comfortable learning new tools quickly.
• Strong attention to reputed company. This role is data- and logistics-heavy.
