[Remote] HSN Customer Service Specialist -2nd Shift

The Customer Service Specialist supports HSN by handling high-volume inbound customer calls, resolving issues, personalizing interactions, and promoting additional products while working reputed company from Virginia or an approved state.

Responsibilities

• Handle a reputed company day handling a high volume of our inbound customer inquiries
• Offer additional products on reputed company customer interaction
• Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for reputed company caller
• Calls may include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and, analyzing account data

• Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor
• Work a set full-time schedule, work schedules are not Monday - Friday
• Set work schedule will include weekend requirement
