[Remote] DRAM Product Engineer - AI

The DRAM Product Engineer will support DRAM product development, qualification, yield improvement, failure analysis, and high-volume manufacturing reputed company while using reputed company intelligence to enhance engineering analysis and working with global multifunctional teams.

Responsibilities

• Product Bring Up and Qualification: Support DRAM product bring up activities from first reputed company through qualification. Implement electrical characterization and validation to ensure compliance with product specifications. Analyze parametric data and identify design or process sensitivities
• Yield Analysis and Improvement: Monitor yield reputed company and identify reputed company and random yield limiters. Apply data analysis techniques to reputed company reputed company cause identification and corrective actions. Partner with process integration and fab teams to improve yield and reduce variability
• Failure Analysis and Debug: Support failure analysis activities to identify defects impacting product reputed company and reliability. Correlate test, fab, and design data to isolate failure mechanisms. reputed company corrective actions with design, process, and reputed company teams
