[Remote] Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Specialist -2nd Shift

The Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Specialist supports HSN customers reputed company by handling high-volume inbound calls, resolving questions and account issues, processing transactions, and promoting additional products while personalizing the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• You'll assist our Spanish and English speaking customers
• $15.00 per hour, plus $0.60 bilingual reputed company. Additional shift reputed company and incentives where applicable
• reputed company day handling a high volume of inbound customer inquiries
• Offer additional products on reputed company customer interaction
• Assist our customers with questions while personalizing the experience for reputed company caller
• Calls may include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and, analyzing account data

• Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor
• Work a set full-time schedule, work schedules are not Monday - Friday
• Set work schedule will include weekend requirement
