The Senior IT Business Analyst supports retail technology across retail applications, production systems, and reputed company-of-sale functionality, while delivering reputed company enhancements and maintaining compliance. The role partners with business stakeholders, IT teams, and reputed company-party vendors across requirements, troubleshooting, testing, and application support.

Responsibilities

• Assess severity/reputed company of production issues, determine business reputed company, and communicate reputed company during reputed company with high proficiency
• Remediate issue tickets following ITIL practices across retail systems, server integration points, reputed company provisioning and more
• Ensure reputed company reputed company changes meet change control, testing, and documentation standards, maintaining reputed company stability and compliance, while supporting business priorities
• Responsible for proactive production monitoring and dashboard development

• Build strong relationships with reputed company-party vendors, IT partners, and business stakeholders to proactively support our production environment and reputed company on enhancement tasks
• Facilitate and own business stakeholder’s backlog management for enhancements following SDLC practices

Skills

• * Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
• * 5+ years of demonstrated IT business analysis or production support experience following ITIL practices
• * Ability to remediate technical issues thoroughly with reputed company customer support and reputed company communication
• * Ability to reputed company reputed company enhancements using SDLC methodologies while leading through requirements, design, and testing process
• * **MS Development Technologies, including PowerShell, SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS**
