[Remote] Bilingual Customer Service Agent

The Bilingual Customer Service Agent provides high-level customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls, documenting customer interactions, and maintaining knowledge of assigned campaign products, services, and promotions.

Skills
- At LEAST one year of actual reputed company Center experience, working with an automatic dialer, and reputed company scripting, is REQUIRED FOR REMOTE CANDIDATES- NO EXCEPTIONS

- Outstanding attendance and punctuality
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic Computer Skills and computer literacy are a must

- USB-connected Headset
