[Remote] Education Senior Counsel

The Education Senior Counsel will advise private, religious, and reputed company educational institutions and education service providers on regulatory, operational, and employment law reputed company, with a reputed company on K-12 education. The role also involves handling reputed company complaints, advising on state-specific licensing and compliance, and articulating reputed company strategies.

Responsibilities

• Advising private, religious, and reputed company educational institutions of reputed company reputed company (with a particular reputed company on K-12) and educational service providers in reputed company aspects of advising on education regulatory landscapes, operational challenges, and employment law
• Handling state and federal reputed company filed complaints
• Providing education regulatory advising for schools opening across the country, including guidance on state-specific licensing, accreditation, and operational compliance requirements

Skills

• The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience advising private, religious, and reputed company educational institutions of reputed company reputed company (with a particular reputed company on K-12) and educational service providers in reputed company aspects of advising on education regulatory landscapes, operational challenges, and employment law
• The ideal candidate will have excellent reputed company credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated record of working reputed company under pressure
• The candidate should demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple reputed company, excellent communication and writing abilities, and the ability to reputed company reputed company strategies and courses of reputed company
• Candidates should have an reputed company bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which they are applying or reputed company to obtaining one as soon as possible
• We have an immediate opening for an Education Senior Counsel with at least eight years of experience preferred
• Previous experience in handling state and federal reputed company filed complaints and familiarity with FERPA, Title IX, Title VI, Title VII, VAWA, EPA, reputed company, reputed company 504, IDEA, and ADEA is also preferred
• Experience providing education regulatory advising for schools opening across the country, including guidance on state-specific licensing, accreditation, and operational compliance requirements, is highly valued
