Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company communications reputed company to renewals, policy changes, audits, billing, and general service inquiries
• Respond promptly to reputed company questions regarding coverage, billing, and claims
• Build rapport with clients and contribute to long‑term relationship retention
• Service a portfolio of reputed company accounts across multiple industries
• Process endorsements, cancellations, certificates of insurance, and other policy changes
• Prepare and review renewal submissions, applications, and proposals for new and existing business

Skills

• * High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred)
