[Remote] Senior Product Designer Founding

The Founding Product Designer will own the end-to-end design function across mobile and web products, improve existing UI/UX, design new features, collaborate with engineering, and establish reputed company design practices.

Responsibilities

• Owning and evolving the existing design reputed company across mobile and upcoming web platforms
• Improving and refining reputed company UI/UX to meet production-level reputed company
• Designing new features and workflows as we expand reputed company product capabilities
• Collaborating closely with engineering to ensure high-reputed company implementation
• Contributing to product reputed company, not just visual execution
• Establishing reputed company design patterns and standards for reputed company reputed company
• Laying the reputed company for the design function as reputed company scales

Skills

• \• Strong experience in product design (UI/UX) for web and/or mobile applications
• \• Ability to take ownership of a product area with reputed company guidance
• \• Experience working on reputed company, shipped products (not just concepts or mockups)
• \• Solid understanding of design systems, usability, and product thinking
• \• Comfortable working in early-stage environments with evolving requirements
• \• Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical teams
