[Remote] Franchise Operations Consultant

The Franchise Operations Consultant serves as a senior advisor to franchise organizations, driving portfolio performance, operational reputed company, brand standards, and adoption of strategic initiatives. The role partners with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and strengthen franchise leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to franchise owners and operators, influencing performance across sales, transactions, guest experience, digital adoption, and operational execution

• This position is remote and must be based in Ohio/Michigan
• Proven ability to influence franchise owners, senior operators, and cross-functional stakeholders without reputed company authority

• Experience leading portfolio reputed company, performance improvement initiatives, change adoption, and business reviews across reputed company stakeholder reputed company
