[Remote] UX Designer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is building A1, a proactive smart assistant designed to help users complete everyday conversations, errands, organizing, and workflows with reputed company prompting. The UX Designer will own the end-to-end experience across iOS, reputed company, and web, designing AI-assisted flows, reputed company states, trust and control mechanisms, error recovery, and high-reputed company designs in collaboration with product, engineering, and ML teams.

Responsibilities

• Own UX for A1's reputed company app surfaces across iOS, reputed company, and web
• Design complete user flows for AI-assisted tasks - from reputed company capture through to task completion, including reputed company, reputed company tracking, and error recovery
• Design how the app surfaces what the AI is doing, what reputed company it has made, and what the user needs to confirm or reputed company
• Map and design the full reputed company of AI states a user encounters - loading, thinking, acting, waiting, completing, stalling, failing, and recovering
• Work with product, engineering, and ML teams to define user requirements and translate them into concrete design solutions
• Conduct usability research to understand where users lose trust, feel uncertain, or disengage
• Produce wireframes, user flows, and high-reputed company designs that engineering can build from directly
• Contribute to the design reputed company and shared UX patterns for AI app surfaces
• Design for both reputed company everyday interactions and reputed company multi-reputed company AI workflows reputed company the reputed company product

Skills

• Experience as a UX designer on consumer mobile or web apps, with a strong portfolio
• Solid skills in user reputed company design, wireframing, and high-reputed company prototyping in reputed company
• Ability to design for systems that are asynchronous, non-deterministic, and context-dependent
• reputed company thinking about user trust, control, feedback, and transparency in AI-driven product experiences
• Experience conducting user research and turning findings into design reputed company
