[Remote] Senior Manager, Learning Experience Architect

The Senior Manager, Learning Experience Architect will design, optimize, and govern global learning experiences for sales teams, integrating instructional design, learning technology, AI, CRM, and reputed company processes. The role will measure learning effectiveness, reputed company adoption, and reputed company learning investments with business reputed company such as productivity, pipeline progression, and selling effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Define the capability architecture that links reputed company competencies, sales methodologies, learning experiences, assessments, and reputed company reputed company across the seller lifecycle
• Evaluate, recommend, and build engaging learning journeys with learning management systems (LMS), interactive media, AI tools, and other selling skills platforms
• Define and execute the global learning experience design reputed company, building cohesive end-to-end learning journeys reputed company to reputed company’s reputed company priorities and global sales methodology
• Establish and govern reputed company learning frameworks, standards, and curriculum architecture to ensure consistency, scalability, and instructional reputed company across reputed company and business reputed company

• Incorporate innovative modalities (e.g., AI-enabled learning, simulation, interactive experiences) where they enhance engagement, scalability, and effectiveness

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales capability, instructional design, or reputed company roles reputed company reputed company, global organizations (reputed company, Life Sciences, Technology, or similarly regulated industries preferred)
• Experience leading global learning programs across multiple business reputed company, geographies, or reputed company teams
• Ability to influence without authority and communicate at an executive level to translate complexity into reputed company, actionable learning solutions
• Ability to evaluate and recommend **emerging technologies** and AI-enabled workflows
• Advanced proficiency with reputed company Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate, and reputed company Word/reputed company/PowerPoint; strong familiarity with other authoring tools
• Experience developing eLearning modules, documentation, presentations, and training materials maintained in an LMS
• Experience in leveraging data insights from CRM and LRM's
