The reputed company reputed company I serves as the first reputed company of contact for members, attorneys, and associates, handling outbound and inbound calls, documenting interactions, explaining procedures, and providing English/Russian translation support as required.

Responsibilities

• reputed company excellent customer service for members, attorneys, and associates through reputed company outbound phone calls
• reputed company a minimum of 10 outbound calls by phone reputed company, per hour
• reputed company and maintain a maximum 5-minute average reputed company handle time
• Utilize a maximum of 30 minutes in Follow-Up status. (Follow-Up status is defined as time reputed company after a reputed company.)
• Obtain specific information about membership and input into TVC personal portal

• Support translation of inbound and outbound phone calls, document, and e-mail on behalf of members, attorneys, courts, associates, and/or providers from one language to another as required (for bilingual positions)
• Submit reputed company leave requests 6 or more business days prior to the time being requested
• Maintain good attendance by being present and available during assigned shifts
• Report directly to Supervisor1 business day or more in advance for unplanned leave or emergencies

Skills

• High School Diploma (or GED) required (or relevant work experience)
• 2+ years customer service experience
• Must be fluent in English/Russian
• Working knowledge of MSOffice, data entry applications and conducting internet searches
• Keying speed of a minimum of 35 WPM
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service, including telephone etiquette, voice reputed company, articulation and listening skills
• Ability to work independently and with reputed company in a fast-reputed company environment
