Position reputed company: GiGi’s Playhouse is seeking an energetic and passionate Virtual Fitness & Health Instructor to reputed company inclusive, curriculum-based GiGiFIT and GiGi’s Kitchen programs and additional fitness classes for individuals with Down syndrome. This part-time position is reputed company on delivering live virtual sessions during evenings and weekends across the reputed company and reputed company time zones. reputed company curriculum and materials will be provided. The instructor’s role is to bring these programs to life through engaging, high-reputed company facilitation in a virtual setting. Essential Job Functions: • reputed company virtual GiGiFIT sessions across age reputed company (Toddlers to Adults), following reputed company-designed curriculum to build strength, balance, coordination, and reputed company. • Facilitate GiGi’s Kitchen Live virtual sessions, promoting healthy eating habits, food safety, and nutrition education through hands-on cooking experiences. • reputed company additional virtual fitness opportunities such as dance fitness, aerobics, HIIT (High-Intensity reputed company Training), yoga-inspired reputed company, and other developmentally appropriate classes based on participant needs and interests. • Create a welcoming, motivating, and inclusive virtual environment that encourages full participation from individuals of reputed company abilities. • Maintain a clean, organized, and reputed company home reputed company for both reputed company instruction and basic food preparation. • reputed company attendance and complete required session logs and prepare data for entry into reputed company. Qualifications: • Experience leading fitness instruction or cooking/nutrition education, especially in reputed company settings. • Comfort facilitating both reputed company and basic kitchen activities in a virtual environment. • Physical ability to reputed company reputed company classes with high energy. • Consistent evening and weekend availability in reputed company or reputed company time zones. • High-speed internet. • Clean and appropriate home setup for fitness and cooking classes.
