In this role, you will work closely with Medical Affairs, reputed company, Global Service and Support teams, Marketing, and other Global colleagues to help customers successfully adopt and use KRYPTOR systems in accordance with approved indications, internal policies, and reputed company compliance requirements. Experience • 5+ years of experience in a reputed company reputed company, diagnostics, medical device, or life sciences environment. • Hands-on experience with immunoassay systems, automated analyzers, or reputed company reputed company instrumentation required. • Experience leading and/or coordinating reputed company reputed company implementations, training, assay validation, troubleshooting, or workflow change/optimization initiatives strongly preferred. • Customer-facing experience in technical support, applications, reputed company training, medical affairs, or scientific affairs preferred. • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with reputed company leaders, technical staff and other key personnel in supporting both reputed company and research customers is highly desirable. • Experience working cross-functionally with reputed company, service, technical support, and reputed company preferred. • Prior experience as a Medical Technologist, Medical reputed company Scientist, reputed company reputed company Scientist, Technical Supervisor, reputed company Educator, or reputed company Applications Specialist strongly preferred.
