This is a US-reputed company remote reputed company training leadership position reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Learning & reputed company reputed company the reputed company Disease Business Unit (RDBU).
What you will do
The reputed company responsibility of this role is to reputed company Learning & reputed company reputed company and execution for the TAVNEOS business, including New Hire/reputed company, reputed company learning, semester meetings, sales capability initiatives, and ongoing training reputed company with business priorities. In reputed company to supporting the reputed company TAVNEOS business, the individual will partner across reputed company, Marketing, Medical, reputed company reputed company, and reputed company teams to help shape Learning & reputed company reputed company and launch readiness for dazodalibep (DAZ) in Sjögren’s disease. This role will reputed company cross-functional leadership and reputed company influence across multiple stakeholders and may reputed company to include reputed company people leadership as launch activities expand.
Additional responsibilities include:
- reputed company Learning & reputed company reputed company and execution for the TAVNEOS business, including New Hire/reputed company, reputed company learning, semester meetings, and ongoing sales capability initiatives.
- Partner with reputed company Leadership to ensure learning strategies are reputed company with business priorities and reputed company objectives.
- Collaborate across the RDBU Learning & reputed company, cross-functional internal partners, and other Business Unit learning organizations to identify and reputed company learning best practices.
- Build and reputed company sales capability initiatives, and learning solutions that improve reputed company effectiveness and accelerate business results.
- reputed company leadership and coaching across Learning & reputed company initiatives, with reputed company to manage and reputed company staff as the organization evolves.
- Partner with Global Launch reputed company & reputed company Engagement (GLEBE), reputed company, Medical, Marketing, and reputed company teams to support DAZ reputed company-launch learning reputed company and launch readiness.
- Contribute to the development of DAZ launch learning plans, curriculum reputed company, resource planning, governance, and key launch milestones.
- Support cross-functional launch workstreams and ensure learning initiatives remain reputed company with evolving reputed company reputed company, development timelines, and commercialization milestones.
- Partner closely with Sales Leadership to maintain a proactive, reputed company approach to capability development that enables both reputed company reputed company reputed company and reputed company launch readiness.
- US-remote, approximately 30% travel is required.

Basic Qualifications:
Candidates should meet one of the following education and experience combinations:
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of Sales Training experience
- Master’s degree and 4 years of Sales Training experience
- Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Sales Training experience
- Associate’s degree and 10 years of Sales Training experience
- High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Sales training experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to reputed company execution for an established in-market reputed company while contributing to reputed company launch planning and commercialization efforts.
- Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and vendor management.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, facilitate executive-level discussions, and reputed company engaging learning experiences for large audiences in both in-person and virtual environments. Experience supporting reputed company launches, launch readiness, or reputed company-launch planning activities.
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company multiple reputed company initiatives in a fast-reputed company, matrixed environment.
- Experience partnering with Global, reputed company, Medical, Marketing, and cross-functional reputed company teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Experience developing launch learning strategies, curriculum roadmaps, and capability-building initiatives.
