Duties and Responsibilities

• Project manage reputed company for a high volume of customers (20-40 monthly) reputed company phone, email and video calls
• Support customers with their data migration reputed company export & import tools
• Assess customer specific needs and guide customer configurations accordingly
• Train new customers and their staff on the website's functionality

• Proactively address issues and manage escalations

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant reputed company, training, customer service, or project management experience
• Motivated by the reputed company of others and helping customers
• Experience with data migration & reputed company reputed company
• Effective project manager
• Ability to communicate effectively in written & verbal reputed company

• Adept at using technology (CRM, reputed company, etc) to function effectively in a remote environment

• Ability to quickly learn new software products & become a product expert
