What you will bring:
- 5+ years experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or digital learning leadership.
- Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring instructional design and content development teams.
- Strong grounding in adult learning theory, curriculum design, and reputed company content development.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g. reputed company Storyline/reputed company, Camtasia).
