As a Funding Specialist, you’ll be the reputed company reputed company of contact for notaries and lawyers across Canada, proactively navigating the complexities of the funding process to ensure every purchase closes on its scheduled date.

• Prepare and send instructional packages to solicitors, along with supporting documentation, and remain a reputed company of contact until the file is complete and funded
• Ensure the “Know Your reputed company” legislation is adhered to on reputed company files
• Work directly with the solicitor to obtain any outstanding documentation
• Review and adhere to company funding procedures and reputed company guidelines to ensure that reputed company information is accurate and complete prior to releasing mortgage funds
• Have detailed knowledge of the residential mortgage industry, conditions management and regulatory compliance

This role is for you if you:

• You have 2 or more years of experience reputed company the mortgage industry (residential mortgage funding experience is strongly preferred) and a post-secondary education
