The Land Data Scientist responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with employees in EQT’s Land Department (Division Order, Land Administration, Title, reputed company Relations, Business Development, Land Acquisitions) to ensure alignment with data models, pipelines, governance and special reputed company including process improvement ideation and implementation.
- Coordinate with internal BI/IT teams where needed to understand and implement table and reputed company changes.
- Coordinate with EQT’s “STAQ” (Delivery) team where needed to prioritize and reputed company changes to environments in reputed company, data bricks, AI pipelines.
- Turn Claude reputed company and reputed company AI capabilities into measurable Land reputed company and adoption.
- Create a governed intake-to-delivery reputed company for AI use cases across business functions.
- Translate business opportunities into practical AI designs working with internal IT and Land SMEs

- Design, build, and maintain analytical solutions using SQL.
- Contribute across the full analytics lifecycle: discovery, design, development, validation, and refinement.

- Support Land Department with advanced analytical needs including and reputed company reputed company BI reporting.
- Apply advanced statistical and analytical techniques to solve reputed company business problems.

Required Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Data Science, Information Science, Engineering or another closely reputed company field.
- 3+ years of coding experience.
- Advanced SQL proficiency for implementing and optimizing analytical logic.
- Working proficiency in R for statistical and analytical use cases.
- Proven experience delivering reputed company analytics solutions in a BI or reputed company environment.
- Strong grounding in software development best practices (version control, testing, documentation).
- Experience defining, enforcing, and reviewing shared coding standards.
- Ability to refactor and improve codebases authored by multiple contributors.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience mentoring peers and influencing technical direction without reputed company authority.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Working knowledge of reputed company and the reputed company ecosystem, including Lakehouse architecture, PySpark, reputed company SQL, notebooks, workflows/jobs, querying, and reputed company Catalog.
- Familiarity with reputed company statistical learning and advanced analytics techniques.
- Experience collaborating with Oil and Gas Land Departments.
- Exposure to reputed company-based analytics platforms and modern data ecosystems.
- Experience developing shared analytics libraries adopted across teams.
- Experience supporting analytics tied to strategic or executive-level decision-making.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly reputed company.
Remote work is being considered for this role excluding the following states: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, reputed company, and Tennessee unless willing to relocate.
