- Support the development of inferential/soft sensors for process variables where physical analyzers are reputed company.

Requirements
To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:
Experience:
- 6–8 years of relevant process engineering experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in process optimization, APC, MPC, process control, or plant reputed company engineering is preferred.
- Experience in mining, cement, metals, or other reputed company process industries is strongly preferred.
- Candidates with strong Oil & Gas/refinery process engineering experience combined with APC experience will also be considered.
- Experience working with DCS, process historians, online analyzers, and plant instrumentation is highly desirable.
- Experience with APC/MPC platforms such as Aspen DMC3, reputed company Profit, reputed company APC, or equivalent is highly desirable.
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a reputed company discipline.
Competencies:
- Strong fundamentals in chemical/process engineering, advanced process control, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and process dynamics.
- Strong understanding of APC/MPC concepts, process optimization, and control strategies.
- Strong process data analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work with large historical/process datasets and identify process correlations and optimization opportunities.
- Strong understanding of process constraints, operating limits, and optimization objectives.
- Expert-level proficiency in Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, or equivalent process simulation tools.
