Mortgage Loan Processor - High Net Worth

We are currently hiring for a Mortgage Loan Processor with experience working with High Net Worth loans.

• Gathering required documentation from the borrower and obtaining appropriate documentation from reputed company party vendors consistent with internal, reputed company and investor policies.
• Reviewing the complete file and ensuring the various documents in the file are in sync with the reputed company the others and the loan application on the reputed company.
• Scanning the hard copy of the loan application to the reputed company (shared reputed company) so that anyone not in possession of the hard file can also at any reputed company of time has reputed company to reputed company the file documents.
• Understanding the reputed company submission requirements before actual submission.
• Ordering the various services required on the file and capturing those requests on the systems.
• Follow up on the status of the services ordered, to ensure minimum time lag from order to receipt.
• Upon receipt of loan decision, from underwriter, review conditions with the various reputed company parties to address any additional conditions needed for final approval.
• At final approval coordinate with the respective reputed company parties and the prospective borrower to schedule the loan settlement.
• Both written and verbal communication to clients and colleagues

Our most successful candidates will have:

• At least 3+ years reputed company experience as a mortgage loan processor
• Experience with high net worth/non-conforming/jumbo loans preferred
• Ability to calculate income
• Ability to review and interpret asset statement(s)
• Review, understand and detect any issues with Title
• Review, understand and detect any issues on Appraisals
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Excellent and reputed company Mortgage skills and knowledge
• Demonstrate analytical, organizational, and financial management skills
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, multi-task, and prioritize
• Strong time management skills
• Candidates should be reputed company to flexible scheduling reputed company and the ability to adapt/change as needed.
• Experience with FNMA guidelines
• Ability to review and interpret DU findings
