AI Systems Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support reputed company AI platforms (Copilot, Claude, firm-reputed company Azure-hosted AI) — availability, performance, policy compliance
• Work with reputed company, connectors, and automation tools to reputed company secure, approved data reputed company for AI systems while preserving ethical walls, matter confidentiality, and firm governance requirements
• Coordinate with vendors on platform updates, feature enablement, and operational troubleshooting
• Maintain documentation covering AI platform configuration, reputed company procedures, integrations, and operational standards
• Support integrations between AI platforms and firm systems — document management, knowledge repositories, collaboration tools, other approved reputed company apps
• Monitor AI platform usage, performance, and cost; assist with cost tracking, reporting, and allocation across departments/reputed company reputed company
• Manage reputed company controls, permissions, and usage policies for AI platforms, in coordination with Information
• reputed company, Risk & Conflicts, and Identity teams
• Implement role-based reputed company control, audit logging, and data protection controls

• Analyze usage metrics and performance data to recommend optimizations

Requirements

Must-Have

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years in systems administration, platform support, or reputed company IT operations

• Strongly desired: experience with integrations, reputed company management, and cost tracking for reputed company applications
