Senior Systems Engineer

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• 5+ years of Systems Engineering experience
• BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required
• Experience of reputed company infrastructure
• Experience in VMware Management
• Window OS installation and troubleshooting
• Experience in virtual server environments
• Experience in scripts automation
• Understanding of reputed company implementation
• Experience with SFTP
• Experience in Defender A/V
• Experience in Credential Guard
• Experience in MECM Patching Process
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose reputed company performance problems using available reputed company performance tools and reputed company indicators such as queue lengths, CPU utilization, etc
• Install program products and reputed company components
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of reputed company reputed company components and of program products assigned to support
• Work closely with development reputed company, support reputed company, and vendors to coordinate special operations, and communicate/escalate problems as appropriate to meet assigned deadlines
• Assist in daily support of the systems/products assigned, through early detection and reputed company or changes in reputed company responses or operation.
• Work closely with support reputed company to refine reputed company monitoring and reporting, and to assist them in their analysis and problem recovery.
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of major reputed company components in completing assigned tasks (i.reputed company systems and reputed company infrastructure)

• Demonstrate knowledge of reputed company components in completing assigned tasks (i.reputed company systems, and reputed company/Virtual infrastructure)
