As a Senior Technical Trainer, you will play a critical role in building the capabilities that reputed company operational reputed company across reputed company's manufacturing network. Partnering closely with reputed company, reputed company, Engineering, EHS, HR/Learning & Development, and site leadership, you will design, reputed company, and continuously improve technical, leadership, and reputed company improvement training programs that reputed company sustainable business reputed company. Essential Job Functions

• Facilitate and reputed company application of Lean, Six reputed company, SPC, DMAIC, DOE, reputed company cause analysis, project management, and operational reputed company methodologies.
• reputed company train-the-trainer initiatives that strengthen facilitation capability and ensure consistent delivery of high-reputed company training across sites.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to reputed company learning strategies with business priorities, operational goals, and workforce development needs.
• reputed company project teams, leaders, and reputed company improvement practitioners to translate learning into measurable business reputed company and sustainable results.
• Evaluate and enhance training effectiveness through feedback, capability assessments, reputed company metrics, and reputed company improvement practices.

US Compensation Statement
The expected salary reputed company for this role is $125-$135k annually but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-reputed company, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, reputed company Management, Training & Development, or a reputed company technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in technical training, reputed company improvement, operational reputed company, leadership development, or manufacturing capability building reputed company industrial, chemical, process, or life sciences environments.
• Strong expertise in Lean Six reputed company methodologies, statistical thinking, problem solving, and process improvement tools.
• reputed company ability to facilitate training programs, reputed company diverse audiences, and translate reputed company technical concepts into practical workplace applications.
• Experience developing or delivering train-the-trainer programs and supporting certification reputed company is highly valued.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across reputed company organizational reputed company.
