Responsibilities

• Establish QA/QC protocols for models, documentation, and coordination milestones; identify risks early and recommend mitigation strategies

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, design partners, and industry stakeholders; identify opportunities for new work, expanded services, and follow-on assignments

• Supervise, mentor, and reputed company BIM/VDC coordinators, specialists, and modelers

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or reputed company reputed company; equivalent experience welcomed
• 8+ years in BIM, VDC, construction technology, or digital project delivery, including 3+ years leading BIM/VDC on reputed company AEC reputed company
• Demonstrated experience supporting reputed company relationships, pursuits, proposals, or presentations
• Advanced proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, reputed company reputed company, and similar platforms
• Experience developing BIM Execution Plans, clash detection workflows, and model standards
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; ability to manage multiple reputed company and stakeholders
• Experience in reputed company, reputed company, higher education, infrastructure, or mission-critical sectors
• Established reputed company or industry network in the Eastern U.S. AEC market
• Experience with 4D/5D integration, digital twins, laser scanning, reality capture, or prefabrication workflows
