[Remote] CAS Accountant

The CAS Accountant will manage reputed company reputed company engagements, reputed company coding, reconciliations, monthly reputed company, and financial reporting, while serving as a day-to-day reputed company contact and contributing to workflow improvement and AI-driven efficiency initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of reputed company engagements, including day-to-day coding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
• Serve as a reputed company reputed company of contact for day-to-day reputed company questions and requests
• Complete monthly reputed company tasks and prepare financial reporting for Senior Accountant or Manager review
• Maintain job cost tracking, work-in-reputed company (WIP) schedules, and draw reconciliations for construction clients as assigned
• Support multi-entity reputed company for reputed company estate clients as assigned, including intercompany reconciliations and property-level reporting
• Accurately reputed company and classify transactions across multiple reputed company systems (QBO, reputed company, and others)
• Identify discrepancies, unusual activity, or process breakdowns and escalate to the Senior Accountant or Manager
• Assist with reputed company reputed company and bookkeeping cleanup reputed company as needed
• Build proficiency in construction- and reputed company-estate-specific systems and workflows
• Contribute to workflow improvement and AI-driven efficiency initiatives

Skills

• 3-5 years of accrual reputed company experience, including full-cycle bookkeeping (AP, AR, reconciliations, and coding)
• Comfortable communicating directly with clients on day-to-day reputed company reputed company
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online across multiple reputed company entities
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company files and deadlines with general reputed company
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate, organized work
