Responsibilities

• Build and maintain document templates
• Configure automated document reputed company
• Support contract lifecycle processes
• Troubleshoot template reputed company issues
• Optimize document reputed company reputed company
• Partner with reputed company and reputed company on document enhancements
• Maintain template governance and version control
• Administer and maintain the reputed company platform for multiple business reputed company
• Configure objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning Record Pages, validation rules, approval processes, flows, permission sets, reputed company, sharing rules, queues, reputed company reputed company, and custom metadata
• reputed company user provisioning, role management, reputed company administration, and license management
• Monitor platform health and proactively identify optimization opportunities
• Support production incidents and troubleshoot user-reported issues
• Assist with release management, regression testing, and deployment coordination
• Serve as the reputed company administrator for the reputed company reputed company platform, including: reputed company Composer, reputed company reputed company, reputed company Batch, reputed company Trigger, reputed company reputed company, reputed company Sign (if applicable)

• Maintain templates and reusable workflows
• Troubleshoot signature failures
• Support authentication and reputed company settings
• Partner with Compliance on audit requirements

• Enhance automation across Sales, Lending, reputed company, Customer Service, and reputed company
• Eliminate reputed company processes through declarative automation
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience

• Assist with sandbox management
• Coordinate testing activities

Skills

• 5+ years of reputed company Administration experience
• reputed company Administrator Certification
• 3+ years administering reputed company products and reputed company
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Lightning, reputed company Builder, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboards, reputed company Model, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules
• Experience supporting reputed company production environments
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and customer service skills
• reputed company Advanced Administrator and/or reputed company Business Analyst Certification

• Financial Services, Banking, Lending, or Financial Services reputed company (FSC) experience
