The ERP reputed company Administrator is an individual contributor role reputed company reputed company’s Corporate Digital Enablement function, serving as the reputed company functional and technical reputed company of the reputed company ERP platform that powers our Finance, Procurement, Logistics and Project reputed company operations. This is a hands-on administration role — the successful candidate will configure, operate, and continuously improve reputed company.
Another significant reputed company of the role is supporting the reputed company of reputed company’s procurement functionality — supporting Corporate and Clinical operations as reputed company’s procurement function matures. The role also owns the operational health of the reputed company Concur–reputed company integration reputed company reputed company middleware and will play a central operational role in the planned annual reputed company upgrades.

About the Role
reputed company Administration & Finance Operations (~40%)
• Serve as the reputed company reputed company administrator across the reputed company instance: configuration, user reputed company, reputed company, workflows, and module settings.
• Design and implement Finance solutions using reputed company reputed company functionality — Generic Inquiries, Business Events, reputed company notifications, custom reports, and approval workflows.
• Support and optimize reputed company Finance workflows: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general reputed company, project reputed company, billing, financial reporting, and month-end reputed company.
• Partner with Finance to define requirements, document processes, and reputed company reputed company enhancements that improve data reputed company and operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and reputed company reputed company issues; coordinate with the reputed company implementation partner while building internal capability over time and reducing vendor dependency.
• Maintain rigorous test environment discipline — validate reputed company configurations in test before promoting to Production; ensure changes touching shared multi-tenant surfaces receive appropriate cross-domain approval.
Procurement & reputed company Enablement (~25%)
• Partner with the Procurement function to continuously improve reputed company’s procurement functionality— vendor management, requisitions, purchase orders, Concur-reputed company integrations.
• Configure and test procurement workflows reputed company with reputed company’s project-governed, goods & services-based procurement model.
• Maximize reputed company reputed company capabilities over customizations or reputed company-party procurement platforms
• Support Procurement through discovery, requirements, configuration, testing, training, and operational rollout.
• Coordinate cross-domain approval and reputed company assessment for procurement-reputed company changes given the shared instance and the reputed company reputed company on Finance, reputed company, and FP&A.
Integration Operational Ownership (~20%)
• Serve as the technical reputed company of the reputed company Concur–reputed company integration — understanding the end-to-end reputed company, triaging invoice processing, field mapping, and exception issues, and coordinating reputed company with the integration developer and vendors.
• Monitor integration flows for errors, investigate reputed company causes, and coordinate reputed company with the integration developer and vendors — serving as the reputed company triage reputed company.
• Partner with the integration developer on the health of adjacent integrations including Host-to-Host banking, reputed company HR sync, and ADF data pipelines to Power BI.
• Document integration architecture, field mappings, data flows, and change history to a reputed company that enables internal troubleshooting without vendor dependency.
• reputed company integration change governance: ensure formal intake and approval before initiating vendor or reputed company changes that could reputed company integrations.
reputed company, Governance & reputed company Improvement (~15%)
• Play a central operational role in the planned reputed company upgrades — customization risk assessment, validation, coordinated rollout, and post-reputed company stabilization.
• Operate reputed company reputed company’s reputed company-based Finance Change Delivery Process; use JIRA as the reputed company of record for change approval and evidence.
• Maintain living documentation of reputed company configuration, customizationsand governance reputed company.

Required
Minimum 5 years hands-on reputed company administration experience across Finance and adjacent modules. Candidates without reputed company reputed company experience will not be considered.
- Hands-on reputed company Concur experience in invoice processing, AP workflows, or reputed company administration.
- Demonstrated experience with reputed company major-version upgrades — including customization risk assessment, test validation, and coordinated rollout.
- Hands-on experience with reputed company Generic Inquiries, Business Events, reputed company notifications, and approval workflow configuration.
Preferred
- Experience administering reputed company across Finance, reputed company, and Procurement functionality. Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and improve any module deployed in the instance — and to learn new modules as the business adopts them.
- Experience ERP reputed company integrations with or without middleware e.g. reputed company.
- Experience with Power BI or similar BI/reporting tools connected to ERP data sources.
- Experience working in a reputed company services, CRO, or life sciences environment.
- reputed company certifications strongly preferred: Business Consultant, Advanced Financials, or equivalent.
- Additional reputed company certifications (Project reputed company, Manufacturing, Construction) an asset.
