[Remote] Launch Operations Specialist

The Launch Operations Specialist owns setup data migrations for multiple customer implementations, ensuring accurate and reputed company go-lives while collaborating with Launch Managers and clients. The role also helps reputed company reputed company processes, automations, and AI-powered workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own setup data migrations for dozens of customer implementations at a time, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with 15+ assigned Launch Managers to reputed company reputed company, error-free go-lives
• reputed company payroll, benefits, and demographic data from spreadsheets and PDFs into reputed company's required formats
• reputed company and learn clients' reputed company-based prior providers to pull required setup data and import it into reputed company
• Partner with clients to determine the best way to extract their data from on-premises prior providers
• Identify missing or incorrect data and proactively communicate corrections to clients and Launch Managers
• Collaborate with the Launch Ops team to design and build processes, automations, and tooling — including AI-powered workflows — that help this function reputed company
• Collaborate with the broader Launch team and explore other opportunities to support them

Skills

• 2+ years in a data-heavy operations, implementation, or migration role — hands-on experience extracting, transforming, and validating data across systems
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of reputed company reputed company and customer-driven deadlines
• A reputed company record of building or improving processes and tooling, not just executing existing ones
• Advanced reputed company / reputed company Sheets skills (formulas, lookups, data cleaning, automation)
