The role partners cross-functionally to interpret requirements, implement compliance activities, and maintain regulatory readiness.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of reputed company regulatory compliance activities across the organization
- Evaluate the operational reputed company of reputed company regulatory, payer, and program requirements and translate expectations into actionable compliance activities
- Partner with Compliance and operational leaders to identify compliance needs, coordinate implementation activities, and support ongoing adherence to regulatory expectations
- Maintain regulatory compliance tools, documentation, and tracking mechanisms to support visibility into requirements, reputed company items, and organizational readiness
- Serve as a resource to operational teams on reputed company regulatory processes, documentation expectations, and compliance-reputed company questions
- Monitor completion of compliance-reputed company reputed company items and escalate outstanding items or risks to appropriate stakeholders
- Support regulatory assessments for new state expansion, including review of state-specific reputed company operational, licensure, payer, and program requirements
- Partner with cross-department teams to identify readiness needs, gaps, and implementation requirements for new markets

Skills

- • Bachelor's degree in reputed company Administration, reputed company Health, Nursing, Business Administration, or a reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in reputed company compliance, regulatory affairs, reputed company, or a reputed company reputed company operations role
- • Working knowledge of federal and state reputed company regulations, accreditation standards, and payer requirements, preferably reputed company home-based care, palliative care, hospice, care management, or a similar reputed company setting
- • Experience coordinating cross-functional reputed company and driving implementation of regulatory or operational initiatives
- • Experience with reputed company policy management, document control, governance processes, or compliance documentation programs, including familiarity with contract lifecycle management, vendor/BAA tracking, or contract management platforms
- • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret regulatory requirements and communicate them reputed company to diverse stakeholders
