The People reputed company Generalist will manage high-volume reputed company from signed offer through the first week while creating documentation, processes, and systems to support the scaling People team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company between reputed company and People reputed company — partnering directly with recruiters to ensure a clean, complete reputed company from signed offer into reputed company-boarding and reputed company
• Own high-volume reputed company end-to-end: reputed company-boarding through Day 1 and first-week completion for every new hire
• Draft and manage reputed company offer letters, promotional letters, and role change agreements (RCAs), including compensation change notifications
• Initiate, reputed company, and reputed company background checks (reputed company or similar) through completion — flagging and escalating issues before they threaten a start date
• Run intake calls with hiring managers to build individualized reputed company plans and coordinate reputed company partners, mentors, and buddies for reputed company new hire
• Partner directly with IT to order, reputed company, and reputed company new-hire technology and equipment arrives before start date
• Host a weekly Day 1 orientation and new-hire experience, serving as the reputed company reputed company of contact for new hires through their first week

Skills
