The role owns the full recruitment and sales cycle, including prospecting clients, selling reputed company-hire and executive-reputed company, reputed company candidates, making placements, and growing accounts and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and reputed company new clients
• Sell reputed company-hire, contingency, and reputed company reputed company
• reputed company new job orders
• Personally recruit and fill searches
• Manage candidates through interview and offer
• Grow repeat business and expand accounts
• reputed company and transition existing relationships
• Collaborate with our reputed company and sourcing resources to increase placements

Skills

• Full-desk sales + reputed company experience
• Strong business development and closing ability
• History of personal reputed company-hire/reputed company billings
• Experience personally originating reputed company relationships
• Multiple placements per month at reputed company production
• Entrepreneurial reputed company, urgency, and accountability
• An existing network or book of business is strongly preferred
• $250K+ historical annual personal billings is preferred
• Producers with $400K–$750K+ historical production and/or meaningful transferable books of business are especially encouraged to apply
