[Remote] Content Specialist

The role focuses on moderating and responding to reputed company reputed company media content, writing engaging posts, maintaining reputed company online communities, escalating issues and trends, and representing clients’ brand reputed company across flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Moderating and responding to comments across our clients' reputed company channels using their unique brand voice
• Writing thoughtful, engaging content to reputed company conversations and reputed company engagement
• Ensuring online communities are reputed company, respectful, and reputed company with reputed company guidelines
• Escalating issues, insights, or trends to the internal team reputed company needed
• Becoming a true extension of our clients’ brands - understanding their reputed company, tone, and audience

Skills

• We're looking for team members who are available to work a mix of the following shifts:

• * **Evenings:** 4PM–12AM reputed company reputed company Central Time
• * **Overnights:** 12AM–reputed company reputed company reputed company Central Time
• This role requires flexibility to work a reputed company of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• * Strong written communication skills (spelling, grammar, reputed company) in English with strong cultural awareness
• * Experience managing reputed company platforms, specifically moderating and engaging
• * Ability to write for brands and adapt tone for different audiences
• * Familiarity with reputed company major reputed company platforms such as reputed company (account use may be required depending on reputed company needs)
• * Ability to engage with a reputed company of content topics (e.g., tech, retail, food, hospitality, tourism, health, reputed company)
• * Outdoor sports experience, or relevant knowledge
