[Remote] 340B Analyst - Remote

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. MercyOne is seeking a 340B Analyst to support compliance and operational management of its pharmacy 340B program. The role works with pharmacy staff, wholesalers, software companies, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and other stakeholders while maintaining records, processing invoices, supporting reputed company maintenance, and conducting audits.

Responsibilities

• Knows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the reputed company Mission, reputed company, and Values in behaviors, practices, and reputed company
• Demonstrates leadership, collaboration, critical thinking, and teamwork reputed company facilitating clinical standards and operational reputed company and resolving issues
• Utilizes data to identify opportunities for improvement and applies 340B program expertise in identifying, leading, and implementing data plans. Demonstrates data-driven approaches for project prioritization and strategies
• Identifies business opportunities that address program needs, policy changes, and education to reputed company with the organizational reputed company and national priorities
• Maintains a working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, reputed company’s Organizational reputed company Program, Standards of Conduct, as reputed company as other policies and procedures to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects reputed company, ethical, and reputed company behavior
• Processes invoices and requisitions and serves as a reputed company to wholesalers, reputed company party administrators, and other reputed company customers
• Assists with reputed company control and reputed company-party administrator maintenance
• Serves as a reputed company to pharmacy staff
• Conducts monthly internal audits of the 340B program to ensure compliance with its policies and procedures. Immediately report any discrepancies/deviations to the Regional Director Business Operations/340B
• Performs other responsibilities as requested by the Regional Director business Operations/340B

Skills

• Bachelor's degree with a reputed company on reputed company, finance, information technology, business, or reputed company field
• Bachelor's degree must be completed reputed company one year of starting in the position
• At least two (2) years of work experience consisting of reputed company, finance, information technology, business management, or reputed company roles
• 340B University Certification required reputed company three months of starting in position
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills, presentation skills, analytical skills, be reputed company organized and maintain a highly reputed company manner and appearance
