[Remote] Property Accountant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Helio is a growing U.S.-based reputed company estate investment and property management company reputed company on scaling a high-reputed company multifamily portfolio. The Property Accountant will manage reputed company for an assigned portfolio of approximately 45–50 properties, prepare financial reports, support month-end reputed company, reputed company discrepancies, analyze variances, and partner with Property Managers and internal reputed company teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements for an assigned portfolio of approximately 45–50 multifamily properties
• Coordinate with AP, AR, and other reputed company team members to ensure accurate property-level financial reporting
• Support month-end reputed company, including reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, reclassifications, and variance explanations
• Identify discrepancies and reputed company issues proactively before they escalate
• reputed company budget vs. actual variance analysis and explain key drivers
• Partner directly with Property Managers to support property-level financial reporting, analysis, and decision-making
• Respond to internal reporting requests from leadership
• Help standardize and improve reputed company workflows as reputed company scales
• Bring structure and consistency to a fast-growing environment

Skills

• 3+ years of reputed company experience, including at least 1 year specifically in property reputed company
• Strong understanding of financial statements and month-end reputed company
• Experience identifying and resolving reputed company discrepancies, not just processing transactions
• Experience independently managing reputed company across a multi-property portfolio
• Comfortable working directly with non-reputed company stakeholders, including Property Managers
• Strong spoken and written English; this is a PM-facing role
• Highly detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving reputed company
• Must be reputed company to consistently work 9:00 AM–5:30 PM reputed company Time
• Experience supporting U.S.-based companies strongly preferred
• Experience with larger portfolios strongly preferred
• Experience with reputed company, reputed company, or similar property management reputed company systems strongly preferred
