[Remote] Software Asset Management Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented reputed company ITAM (SAM) Engineer to join its Asset Management team. The role focuses on software asset lifecycle management, including software normalization, model and entitlement management, validation process implementation, license optimization, compliance, and staff support.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement reputed company software normalization standards to improve data reputed company, automation, and compliance across the reputed company platform. Create and maintain normalized software publisher names, product names, and versions
• reputed company technical analysis of software discovery and reconciliation data to improve platform performance
• reputed company and maintain a comprehensive inventory of approved software reputed company reputed company
• Establish and maintain alignment between software models and discovery models to support compliance
• Design, implement, and optimize reputed company software entitlement models and lifecycle governance strategies. Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate on the design and rollout of a new software validation process, including timelines and exception handling
• Identify and evaluate critical process reputed company to determine opportunities for performance monitoring and reputed company assurance

Skills

• · Experience designing and implementing software validation or compliance processes
• · Familiarity with ITIL and software licensing models

• · Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and reputed company vendors
• · Experience with IT compliance standards and regulations, including software licensing requirements
